How we charge
Shed prices a machine by its vCPUs. Each vCPU comes with 2 GB of memory and 25 GB of disk and costs $7.50 a month, so a machine twice the size costs twice as much. The address, HTTPS and SSH are not extra.
Every size, on every plan
A plan does not limit what you can run. Its price is spent on your machines at that list price: Personal's $15 runs a 2 vCPU machine all month, or two 1 vCPU machines. Pro's $40 runs about 5 vCPU. Past what your plan pays for, you pay the same list price, billed by the hour, so a machine made for an afternoon costs an afternoon.
What a plan adds
Every plan gets the whole machine: root, SSH, its own HTTPS address, forks, and snapshots taken for you, daily and kept 7 days on Personal. Pro adds sharing with people you name, a custom domain, uptime checks with alerts, hourly snapshots kept 30 days, templates and groups, and priority support. Custom is for bigger fleets, machines past 16 vCPU and terms of your own: talk to us.
