Email support@shed.codes for product support, account and billing questions, privacy requests, security reports, abuse reports, copyright notices, legal notices, or general business questions. This is the primary public contact address for Shed Cloud and reaches the team responsible for routing each request.

When asking for technical support, include the command you ran, the operating system and CPU architecture, the Shed CLI version, and a short description of the result you expected. Include a deployment identifier when one is available. Do not email access tokens, private keys, source archives, .env files, or other credentials.
